Daily Trend Report on the FANG+3 stocks for August 10, 2020

The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 358 points today, but the Nasdaq was down half of a percent. Of the seven “FANG+3” stocks, only AAPL was up a little. Of the remaining six stocks, MSFT & NFLX broke down out of their up-trend channels that have been holding since March, and TSLA broke back down inside the same channel it broke out of to the upside back in early July. Generally, the price action is continuing to show early signs of a potential trend change on the daily charts, although the trend is still considered to be up for the moment on all seven stocks.
