As an EWP ScreenShots and/or EWP “Counts” Webinars subscriber, will I be notified via email anytime a new edition of EWP ScreenShots is posted in the subscriber area?

Yes.

As an EWP “Counts” Webinars subscriber, will I be notified via email anytime a new recorded “Counts” webinar appears in the subscriber area?

Yes.

What are all the extra lines, ovals, boxes and dates on your charts?

Explanations regarding the unique notations we place on charts are provided via educational documents under the “Guides” section of our website.  All registered members, including Free Plan members can access our “Guides” (educational) documents.

Can I download the screenshots associated with each edition of EWP ScreenShots, or download the video files associated with webinars?

The EWP Screenshots can be downloaded individually, or as a group in .ZIP format.  The EWP “Counts” webinar recordings will not be downloadable.  Thirty days of history on both will be available to subscribers, depending on their subscription plan.  

Can I subscribe to services one week at a time, ala carte?

No.  Monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed every month, and annual subscriptions are automatically renewed every year.  You can cancel any subscription at any time.  If you cancel, you will continue to receive access to paid materials through the end of your last paid period. 

Will the webinar recordings play on tablets and/or smartphones?

Yes.  The webinar recordings should be compatible with virtually any device, including PC’s, Mac’s, tablets (both Apple and Android), and smartphones.

How much history is available to paid subscribers?

EWP ScreenShots subscribers will have access to all editions of EWP ScreenShots going back 30 days.  EWP “Counts” webinar subscribers will have access to all webinar recordings going back 30 days, as well as all EWP ScreenShots editions for the same period.
