Elliott Wave Plus

Sid Norris of Elliott Wave Plus presented a tremendous amount of valuable information during his one-hour time slot during this Elliott Wave Hub event. He showed his current wave counts on the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the S&P-500, Bonds, and Gold. During the presentation, he showed how Hurst Cycle Analysis has been extremely accurate in “calling” the mid-June 2022 low, the mid-August peak, the mid-October low, the mid-December peak, the swing low just before Christmas, and the January rally.

Sid also showed how his proprietary Sentiment Conditions screenshots have assisted greatly in pinpointing important high and low junctures over that past year in the stock market and gold. Additionally, he showed how comparing the Money Flow indicator, which is a volume weighted RSI with a standard RSI indicator has been providing valuable clues about when trend continuation is expected, and when it is not.

Topics also included proof that Fed actions and news releases do not drive the market and cannot be counted on as reliable trading signals. The value of Seasonality vs. Sentiment is also discussed.
